This Shipping Policy governs all shipments and orders placed through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will begin processing on the following business day.
  • High Volume Notice: During peak seasonal periods, promotional events, or holiday sales, processing times may be extended by an additional 1 to 2 business days. We will notify you via email if your order experiences significant delays.
  • Inventory Availability: If an item you purchased is temporarily backordered, a customer support representative will contact you immediately to discuss partial shipment options or order adjustments.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

We proudly ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package.

A. Standard Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout (Free for standard domestic orders over $150 CAD before taxes).

B. Express Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 2 business days.
  • Cost: Flat or weight-based rates calculated dynamically during checkout.

Please note: Remote, rural, or northern regions (such as Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut) may experience longer delivery times and require additional shipping surcharges.


3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

D2D Office Supplies Inc. offers international shipping options, primarily serving continental United States destinations.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 14 business days via standard international couriers.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties, local tariffs, and value-added taxes (VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. D2D Office Supplies Inc. is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. All compliance fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been packed and handed over to our shipping carriers (such as Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, or DHL), you will receive a automated Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking link will become active and update status within 24 hours of generation.
  • You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website or by logging into your account dashboard at d2doffice.com.

5. DELIVERY ADDRESSES AND P.O. BOXES

  • Address Verification: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address inputs.
  • P.O. Boxes: Standard shipping options can deliver to P.O. Boxes via Canada Post. However, express shipping and oversized freight shipments (such as office furniture) require a valid physical street address and cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.

6. WRONG ADDRESS AND REDELIVERY FEES

If a package is returned to our warehouse because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, or because the customer failed to collect the package from a local carrier depot after a missed delivery attempt:

  • The customer will be responsible for paying the actual shipping costs required to resend the package.
  • If the customer chooses to cancel the order after a package is returned due to delivery failure, the original shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted from the total refund.

7. DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING PACKAGES

We take great care in packaging your orders safely, but we understand that transit issues can occur.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and items immediately. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at rynne@d2doffice.com.
  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office first. If it remains missing, contact us within 5 business days so we can initiate a formal trace investigation with the carrier.
